Delivery Policy

Dream Bouquets LLC delivers throughout Jacksonville, St. Johns, and Orange Park.
Extended delivery may be available outside these areas for an additional fee. Same day delivery is available Monday through Friday if order placed before 12pm and Saturday if order placed before 10am 

To ensure availability, we recommend placing your order 3–5 days ahead.
Delivery fees may increase during major holidays. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times. You may request a time window in the Special Instructions, and we will do our best to accommodate.

We may contact the recipient to confirm availability or address details unless instructed otherwise in your order notes.

If no one is home:

• We may contact you for guidance

• If unreachable, delivery may be left in a safe location or with a neighbor

• Redelivery may be arranged if needed

Same-day orders cannot be changed.
All cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Orders already prepared or dispatched cannot be canceled.
All sales are final.
