All sales completed at Dream Bouquets LLC are final.
Our products are perishable and highly sensitive to temperature, moisture, and light. For this reason, refunds or exchanges are not offered except in the rare event that an arrangement is received in a defective condition.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify Dream Bouquets LLC within 12 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim, please email clear photos of the arrangement to dreambouquetsjax@gmail.com. Claims submitted after this timeframe cannot be honored. Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Flower Care Responsibility
Flowers are perishable products with a natural lifespan. Proper care is essential to maintain freshness and longevity.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow the care instructions provided with the arrangement. We cannot guarantee the lifespan of flowers once they are delivered and under conditions beyond our control.
Substitutions
We always strive to replicate the floral arrangements shown on our website as closely as possible. However, due to seasonal availability and the nature of fresh flowers, substitutions may occasionally be necessary.
When substitutions are made, they will be of equal or greater value and will preserve the overall style, color palette, and design of the original arrangement. Substitutions will never compromise the quality or aesthetic of the piece.
