We offer same-day delivery throughout Jacksonville, St. Johns, Ponte Vedra, Orange Park, and surrounding areas
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate. Additional fees may apply for incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or delivery rerouting. Please note, for the same day delivery, the order must be placed before 12pm!
Refund policy
All sales completed at Dream Bouquets flower boutique are final.
Our products are perishable and highly sensitive to temperature, moisture, and light. For this reason, refunds or exchanges are not offered except in the rare event that an arrangement is received in a defective condition.
Claims must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery with a photo sent to: dreambouquetsjax@gmail.com
Orders may be modified or canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Same-day or custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Proper care is essential to maintain freshness and longevity. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow the care instructions provided with the arrangement. We cannot guarantee the lifespan of flowers once they are delivered and under conditions beyond our control.
