Refund policy
All sales completed at Dream Bouquets flower boutique are final.
Our products are perishable and highly sensitive to temperature, moisture, and light. For this reason, refunds or exchanges are not offered except in the rare event that an arrangement is received in a defective condition.
Claims must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery with a photo sent to: dreambouquetsjax@gmail.com
Orders may be modified or canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Same-day or custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
